Association Committees

Alumnae Association Board - Serve Kappa in a leadership capacity, either as an officer, a committee chairman, or interest group chairman.

Chapter Support - This committee helps make, bake, and coordinate study treats for our local chapters, writes references, volunteers at Initiations, and supports the advisory boards. See Chapter Support page for more information.

Founders Day - This committee plans the most important Kappa event we hold each year. This is a great opportunity to put your party hat on and help organize the various facets of a reception, luncheon, pinning ceremony, and celebration of everything Kappa! You'll interact with alumnae celebrating milestone Kappa anniversaries, plus women from the Gamma Iota chapter who serve on the committee. Membership - This committee acts as the association's welcome party! Help develop strategies and plan activities, events, and communications that help increase the number of dues-paying members so that our association continues to grow. See our Membership page for more information.

Philanthropy - This committee organizes donations for our annual fundraisers and volunteers for events throughout the year. See our Local Philanthropy page for more information.
